Items may vary from actuals depending on screen resolutions as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When You use the Site or send emails or other data, information or communication to us, You agree and understand that You are communicating with us through electronic records and You consent to receive communications via electronic records from us periodically and as and when required. We will communicate with You by email or by an electronic record on our Site which will be deemed adequate service of notice / electronic record.

Cancellations by the User

You have the option of cancelling your purchase & claim a refund in the form of credit. However, this is only allowed for 24 hours from the time of purchase. In this case, a refund in the form of a “Credit note” will be initiated within 7 business days from the date of order cancellation. The Credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of order cancellation for future purchases. For any cancellation requests received after 24 hours from the time of purchase, Ara Lumiere shall have no liability in relation to any claim for a refund in the form of credit.

Disclaimer:

  1. In case you wish to change your order within 24 hours, any difference in the price of the revised order shall be payable prior to updating your order.
  2. If the price of the new order is lesser than the original order, a credit note will be issued against the balance amount.

 BILLING

The price of our merchandise is exclusive of the GST & Other Taxes. The customer is leveraged to pay the Final MRP as shown on the line sheet with additional tax.

RETURN POLICY

You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale. We may accept returns for account credit only. For this purpose, we must receive the merchandise within 2 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. Goods will be returned only if they are returned in their original packaging. The company reserve the right to hold the sole and final discretion to decide the condition of the returned garment. We do not provide a refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or store credit if they meet our terms and conditions. Since we keep limited inventory and do not always have all sizes available, under such circumstances, the store credit can be used whenever you shop with us next time. All conditions applicable to the return of goods shall also apply to the exchange of goods. To return an item, the customer must write to us at hothurenterprises@wahabgroup.com. We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit.

Our terms and conditions pertaining to returns and exchange is as follows: -

If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately. Our return and exchange policy are, however, subject to the following:

(a)Only those items are returned or exchanged that has some manufacturing defect or is completely different from what was ordered.

  1. b) Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Ara Lumiere reserves the right to hold the sole and final discretion to decide the condition of the returned garment.
  2. c) In an order has more than five products then it will be considered as a bulk order. Return/Refund will not be possible.

Cancellation

We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed. Store credit will be provided against the cancellation of an order.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We offer complimentary shipping for domestic orders only.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday – Friday only. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.

The estimated time to ship from the date of order is 45days. The delivery lead time is about 4-12 days from the date of dispatch for domestic and international orders respectively. All the shipping details will be shared over an email/WhatsApp with you.


All deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, this excludes bank holidays and weekends. A signature is required upon delivery. If you are not available to accept delivery the courier company will leave a calling card and/or send a notification via SMS/Call or Email to advise that delivery has been attempted. If the parcel is not successfully delivered to you, it will be returned to us. Additional postage charges will be applicable for further delivery in case the parcel is returned to us.

All international orders may be subject to import/custom duties or local taxes, which are levied by the importing country you are in and as the recipient, you are liable to clear the payment of these to release your order from customs on arrival. We advise checking with your local custom authorities to find correct information on import duties from India.

We have a 2 day return policy and 14 day return policy for EU countries , which means you have 2/14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Yes, Ara Lumiere offers worldwide shipping.

3) What delivery services are offer by Ara Lumiere?

We offer free shipping for domestic order only. Shipping charges are not inclusive of MRP for international orders. Shipping charges are additional for international orders.

4) Do I have to pay the Custom Duty Charges?

Yes, all prices are exclusive of Duties & Taxes for international orders.

7) Is there a Return/Exchange or Refund for a Product?
